Vava'u Group, the northern island group in the Kingdom of Tonga, was a great
gunkholing area with snorkeling and scuba diving. Unfortunately they had
just had a ferry sink losing 75 passengers, and the islands were in mourning.
The time here was steps above our experiences in the Cooks and Niue.
