Winter in Friday Harbor

Snow graced the San Juan Islands this winter in January, 2004.  It was wonderful to enjoy it from the inside of our condominium in Friday Harbor.  Dream Chaser, on the other hand, was dreaming of our anticipated cruise to Mexico next winter.

Sheltered in our warm condo we could delight in Father Winter.

A local glass blower displayed ornaments on the town Christmas Tree for all to enjoy.

This was like our Christmas card for 2003.

The ever-present Washington Ferry had few customers this day.

Snow has a way of making every perspective beautiful.

And this is the main drag on Spring Street.
